Wow June has come and gone in a flash!  It's been a busy month for the team, I'll dig into the new features for July shortly. But first, we want to give a big shout-out to everyone we met at Xerocon London last month. Jack and I had an absolute blast connecting with so many awesome partners. Your feedback was gold – it's going to help us build the world's best accounts receivable tool for small to medium businesses. We can't thank you enough for your insights!

Now, let's dive into what's new from the product team month:

  1. AI Phone Calls That Actually Sound Human: Remember those robotic follow-up calls? Yeah, we weren't fans either. Our new AI phone reminders sound so natural, you might forget it's not actually Karen from accounting calling. These smart calls will check in on payment dates, keeping your invoices front and center for clients. Reach out us to learn more.
  2. Weekly Email Reports: We're rolling out weekly email snapshots that'll give you the lowdown on your receivables and keep track of how they're changing over the weeks. Spot those slow payers before they become a headache!
  3. Invite multiple users to your account via email (and more): The days of password sharing are over! Now you can invite your team to join your Paidnice orgs. They can hop in via email or through their Xero or QuickBooks Online login.
  4. Deliver actions (emails, late fees etc) during business hours: Ever sent an important email at 3 AM? We've all been there. Now you can schedule your reminders to hit inboxes during business hours when they're most likely to be seen and acted on. It's all about working smarter, not harder.
  5. Tags and Filter Policies: Because One Size Doesn't Fit AllWe've added tags and filters to help you manage your contacts like a pro. Include or exclude specific customers from actions or workflows – it's like having a VIP list for your invoices.

Along with these new features, we're thrilled to introduce our new Expert Partner Directory. These folks are experts when it comes to credit control and in setting up Paidnice. Need a helping hand? Our partners have got your back.

We're pumped about these new features and can't wait for you to try them out. They're all about making your life easier and your cash flow healthier. Why not take Paidnice for a spin with our 30-day free trial? It's time to put your accounts receivable on autopilot and focus on what you do best – growing your business.

Thats all for now, bring on another big month in July!

Thanks,
Denym, Jack and Ashley from Paidnice.
