Is there a free trial?

How long does setup take?
Setup takes under 15 minutes. Connect Xero or QuickBooks, approve the draft policies Paidnice prepares, and test everything in Safe Mode before a single message goes out. See the quick start guide.
What is an action?
An action is anything Paidnice does for you: an email sent, an SMS sent, a late fee added or an escalation created. Your first 20 actions are free.
What counts as an invoice?
Your plan counts the new invoices you create each month, and quotes and estimates count too. Late fee invoices that Paidnice raises do not count.
What counts as an email?
Every email Paidnice sends counts towards your monthly email allowance: reminders, statements, late fee and discount notices, and quote and estimate reminders.
How does billing work?
Plans are for each organization. Multi-entity plans share your invoice limit across organizations, and accountants or bookkeepers can pay for several clients in one place. See pricing.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
Yes. There are no contracts and no lock-ins. Change your plan as your invoice volume changes, or cancel at any time with no penalty.
