What is an invoice actioned?
Each time Paidnice adds a late fee, or prompt payment discount to your invoice is counted as a single invoice action, including repeat late fees. These limits reset each month, and you can keep track of them in your dashboard.
How does billing work?
Plans are per organisation/company, we have multi-org plans if you would like to share the invoices actioned between orgs, or if you are an accountant/bookkeeper and would like to pay for multiple orgs.
What does # of invoices mean?
Paidnice monitors all of the invoices you send per month, and performs an unlimited amount of actions on them (that you determine) to help you get paid quicker.
What is counted an email?
An email counted when Paidnice send an auto-statement, reminder, late fee & discount notification emails.
