About Paidnice

Wouldn't it be great to get paid on time, all the time?

That's why Paidnice exists.

The idea was born out of our own frustration in previous businesses we ran: payments slowed down for all sorts of reasons. The biggest of which is that most accounting platforms are really great at doing the ledger, but not very good at doing the chase.

So we set out to build the system we needed. It sent every reminder on time, applied the late fees the terms already promised, and never forgot an invoice. The wait for payment halved. In 2022 that system became Paidnice.

This isn't new ground for us. We've worked on finance apps for many years, so we understand the problems behind late payments well.

We're on a mission to end late payments. Businesses on Xero and QuickBooks across six countries run their receivables through Paidnice: reminders, late fees, interest, statements, payment plans, and escalation. On average they cut their wait for payment in half within 30 days.

Xero named Paidnice its Small Business App of the Year in 2025, we're a finalist in categories around the world in 2026, and our customers have left over 100 five-star reviews.
