Here is what's new with Paidnice this month;
Pre-approve and schedule draft actions
Want more control over what actions go out, and which ones don't? now you can pre-approve actions in the draft queue for future release.
Quick one-off actions
When you’re not ready to put in place an automated policy, but you want to run one-off actions in bulk, you can now select multiple invoices or contacts and send reminders, statements or even apply late fees or interest.
Export actions CSV
For reporting and analysis in your own spreadsheets or external systems you can now export all of the Paidnice action activity.
Custom statement columns
You can now pick and choose which columns and in what order you show on the statement PDF and in the customer self-service statement portal.
Look out for more custom statement features in the next update.
Max age debt for statement policies
Enabling tiers of statement policies based on the aged debt of the customer. For example customers with aged debt between 30-90days aged debt can be sent a different statement message to customers with 90+ days.
List of overdue invoices in statement emails
You can now include in the body of the statement email, lists of various aged invoices using the new merge tags. This is useful if you want to send statement emails and highlight particular problem invoices to customers directly in the email.
Quote and Estimate reminders can now be sent based on the issue date in addition to the expiry date.
Bulk close and cancel
Close or cancel escalations in bulk by selecting one or more and quickly closing the escalations:
Faster importing for new Xero connections
When you connect to Paidnice - invoice and contact data is synced at least 3x faster thanks to new increased API limits from Xero.
Sync payments
Full payment data is now synced from QuickBooks. This allows Paidnice to track payment timing and record Days Sales Outstanding over time, and late payment over time which are now shown in dashboard metrics.
